The November Breakfast was a huge success with just under 50 young professionals getting up early to head to Simply Wok on the esplanade in Torquay for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and the juice was fresh. Thank you to those at Simply Wok who got up even earlier than we did to prepare everything for the FCYPs!
Steve Dixon from Bell Dixon Butler Lawyers spoke to the group about the importance of setting life-long goals in order to end up where we want to be. He gave us some insight into the current economic climate and made some suggestions for recognizing the opportunities in such situations.
Mr. Dixon also provided inspiration and encouragement for the FCYPs to make a difference here in the Fraser Coast region and be the leaders that we have the potential to be.
